About Sarah Hopkins
Sarah is a seasoned employment and commercial litigator and people operations executive leader. She brings with her legal, human resources, and operations experience and expertise. She serves on Tailwinds Academy of Aviation’s Board of Directors’ Personnel and Governance Committees.
As an Executive Team member and Vice President of People Operations and Senior Counsel for The Siegfried Group, LLP, a national professional accounting and finance firm, Sarah leads the firm’s people operations and learning and development teams by leveraging her combined business and legal acumen. She also counsels the firm on all aspects of employment law and personnel matters.
Sarah has a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Rutgers University. She is also completing her MBA at The Wharton School of Business (2025). Sarah and her husband, Geoff, live in the Philadelphia suburbs and have two children, Isabel and Luke, who, like their parents, love to travel.
