Ryan D. Tollini
About Ryan D. Tollini
In his current role Ryan is responsible for management of flight operations, company aviation assets, and tasked with providing safe, efficient, flexible, and appropriate transportation solutions to support critical business travel. In addition to managing company assets, he also leads a team of senior support staff, pilots, flight scheduling, and aircraft maintenance personnel.
In addition to providing operational oversight, Tollini is responsible for key strategic functions including asset management planning, operational compliance, and safety & risk management. He works closely with C-Suite, senior-level executives, and external partners to ensure his business unit effectively executes on strategic initiatives enabling business success.
Ryan joined his current organization in 2010 as a Bombardier Learjet Model 60 First Officer. He was later promoted to Captain and served as the aviation department’s Safety Officer prior to assuming his current role in 2018.
During his tenure as the Aviation Safety Officer, he led many key safety initiatives including implementation and certification of an aviation safety management system and FAA approved safety reporting system.
Ryan has extensive experience as an aviation professional spanning many facets of the industry, experienced in airline operations, serving as a pilot for both regional and major airlines, fractional ownership operations, corporate flight operations and management, and flight instruction and evaluation. With over 20 years of experience and 8,600 hours of total flight experience he holds current FAA ATP, sUAS, IGI, CFI, CFII, CFI MEI Gold Seal Certificates as well as aircraft type ratings for the B737, EMB 145, HS125, LR60, CE680, CE560XL, and CE525S.
Tollini is a FAA appointed Designated Examiner with FAA authority to evaluate and certificate private, instrument, commercial, airline transport pilots, and flight instructors. He is also an active participant of the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam), National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Safety Committee, and 2019 NBAA 40 Under 40 Award recipient. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Economics from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
