Meredith brings more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, strategic communications, and relationship management. She has developed and executed successful fundraising initiatives, cultivated donor and corporate relationships, and created data-driven strategies that strengthen organizations and advance their missions.

As Development Director for Tailwinds Academy of Aviation, Meredith leads the organization’s fundraising and development strategy, cultivating relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners to expand philanthropic support. She is focused on building the long-term resources and strategic partnerships that will allow Tailwinds to grow its impact and create more opportunities for the next generation of aviators.
