Jeff Frank

Mr. Frank earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.  He is a partner in ITG Embedded Design, a consulting organization specializing in Military and Industrial Electronic Design and Manufacture.

Mr. Frank is also a very experienced Instrument Rated Pilot and builder of Experimental Aircraft.  He is very passionate about Aviation, particularly as a supplement to STEM education.  Being a product of the Philadelphia Public Schools and a recipient of a Scholarship for an Engineering Education at Drexel University, Mr. Frank knows the power of an educational “Leg Up” and feels that Tailwinds has and will change the lives of most of the Academy students.
