About Briana Fleming
Meet Briana Fleming, a dynamic operations leader who has taken the helm as Director of Operations at The Tailwinds Academy of Aviation. With a proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence, she’s now bringing her organizational expertise to the world of flight training.
Before joining Tailwinds, Briana sharpened her management skills across diverse industries, from financial services to hospitality. Her journey includes transformative roles at Police and Fire FCU, where she led her branch to Branch of the Year, and managing large client portfolios at Pitney Bowes.
Armed with business acumen from CCP and a Google Project Management certification, Briana combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. In her role at Tailwinds, she’s poised to streamline flight school operations and enhance the student experience at KPNE.
When she’s not optimizing operations, Briana is a passionate volleyball enthusiast. She serves as a Coach and Captain for the Stonewall league, bringing her leadership skills to the court and creating inclusive athletic experiences.
