The Tailwinds Team

Tailwinds is a small, nonprofit aviation school with five airplanes, a state-of-the-art flight simulator and a group of amazing flight instructors who are passionate about teaching people to fly. The school is supported by a dedicated administrative staff who efficiently handle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and communications – ensuring smooth, safe operations of the flight training program. 

Behind the scenes, a committed cohort of volunteer board members provides strategic direction, industry expertise, and community connections that help Tailwinds maintain its high standards while planning for future growth and development.
